Product Training, Support & Resources
The Clinical Engagement Team is here to listen, learn and understand the needs of our customers. That learning is used to develop better solutions to the challenges faced by healthcare professionals.
The Clinical Engagement Team provides training and support for all our products with a special focus on the delivery of heated humidified respiratory therapies. This support is available to all healthcare professionals wherever required within the hospital setting.
This encompasses specialities such as critical care for neonates or adults, in respiratory wards, theatres and emergency departments and cross site acute care areas.
We provide the support required to safely manage new product introduction, new practice implementation. We are available as a resource to upskill new or existing staff and advise on how to use our products to achieve maximum patient benefit.
We have the knowledge skills and technology to provide tailored training and support all over the world.

David Campbell
Head of Clinical Engagement
I am proud to lead a dynamic and experienced team with such a diverse and relevant skills mix. With 40 years medical device industry experience I have the great job of guiding the Clinical Engagement Team to use their Clinical Listening skills to help us learn and better understand the needs of our customers and their patients.
This process helps us provide better products, aimed at improving outcomes and ensures our education, support and training programs meet your needs. Helping you achieve the best possible outcomes through the safe and easy use of our products is our priority.
When not in work I enjoy, reading a good book, enjoying a nice meal and being in the great outdoors as much as possible.
Abby Lennon
Clinical Nurse Adviser
I provide support and education on heated humidified therapies to healthcare professionals using my knowledge and experience as a registered nurse working in respiratory wards and intensive care units over the last eight years.
I am passionate about empowering healthcare professionals with knowledge and training that will positively impact patient care, ensuring they are kept up to date with current research and guidelines.
When not in work I enjoy going to see live music, travelling to new places and spending time with family.
Alan Walch
Product Application Specialist
I specialise in training and educating in the use of our medical equipment and breathing circuits to deliver heated humidified therapies to patients within and beyond the critical care setting.
Working in various roles within Eakin Healthcare has equipped me with a deep understanding of our products, from the manufacturing process right through to providing the most appropriate respiratory support to the most vulnerable of patients.
When not in work I enjoy walking, hiking and taking part in charity events.
Emma Oduor
Neonatal Product Specialist
Specialising in Neonatal Products, I am passionate about helping healthcare providers and international partners gain an understanding of respiratory therapies for the tiniest of patients.
I believe in building strong and lasting partnerships with neonatal teams across the globe. I take great pride in helping them provide the best possible respiratory care for their patients and improving outcomes.
When not in work I enjoy playing team sport, travelling and baking.
Ralf Milberg
Clinical Application Specialist
I bring knowledge and user safety as a specialist nurse for anaesthesia and intensive care medicine to our customers, with whom I build a strong relationship and offer support to advance our products in my field.
This is achieved through the competent commitment to our customers, who achieve maximum therapeutic success with their patients thanks to the training and support our team offer.
In my spare time I enjoy long walks with my dog and I have a weakness for camping in Sweden, which I take advantage of at every opportunity.
