Allerdings wurde erst in den letzten Jahren, als die Vorteile und der Fokus auf die perinatale Optimierung in den Vordergrund ger\u00fcckt wurden, zunehmend deutlich, wie wichtig es ist, dass die Teams aus der Neonatologie auch aktiv mit den Geburtshilfe- und Entbindungsteams zusammenarbeiten und sich mit diesen austauschen.<\/p><p>Im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich entwickelt die British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM) Rahmenwerke f\u00fcr die Praxis und eine ihrer neueren Qualit\u00e4tsressourcen beschreibt ihr Konzept des \u201ePerinatal Optimization Care Pathway\u201c (Abbildung\u00a01). Die BAPM erkannte, dass f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Umsetzung dieses Konzepts eine \u201eauf starke Teamarbeit ausgelegte Kultur, eine effektive und regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Kommunikation und die Verfolgung gemeinsamer Ziele innerhalb von Perinatalteams\u201c [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bapm.org\/resources\/building-successful-perinatal-teams-doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a>] erforderlich sind und dass die im Konzept zur perinatalen Optimierung beschriebenen Interventionen \u201einnerhalb g\u00fcnstiger Voraussetzungen in puncto Qualit\u00e4t stattfinden m\u00fcssen, bei denen die Struktur und die Abl\u00e4ufe ein optimales Umfeld f\u00fcr die Erzielung von Qualit\u00e4tsverbesserungen schaffen\u201c [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bapm.org\/resources\/building-successful-perinatal-teams-doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a>]. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Wenn Perinatalteams gut zusammenarbeiten, k\u00f6nnen sie w\u00e4hrend der gesamten pr\u00e4natalen, intrapartalen und neonatalen Phase eine Reihe von Interventionen durchf\u00fchren, um die Outcomes bei Fr\u00fchgeburten zu verbessern. Wichtige Ma\u00dfnahmen wie vorgeburtliche Steroide und Magnesiumsulfat, verz\u00f6gerte Abklemmung der Nabelschnur und schnelles Stillen des Neugeborenen sind nur einige der M\u00f6glichkeiten, wie ein Perinatalteam zusammenarbeiten kann, damit Fr\u00fchchen und ihre Familie die besten Chancen auf ein gutes Ergebnis haben. In Situationen wie der Reanimation eines Neugeborenen, die oftmals unvorbereitet eintreten k\u00f6nnen, ist effektive Teamarbeit unerl\u00e4sslich, da in solchen F\u00e4llen viele Aufgaben koordiniert werden m\u00fcssen [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fped.2022.845671\/full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3<\/a>].
